How did OA help you in improving your financial management?

They assisted us in adding a valuable resource to the division when there was a capacity issue – but based on the financial forecasts and what’s financially viable for the division with a fall-back strategy in case the financials don’t align to the targets. Also, They have been very clear of what the expectations, and financial goals are for the division and what is needed to meet our targets. The advisors are easy to communicate with, and always on the other end if support is required.
